Elmhurst Innovation Center - Long Term Lease

Elmhurst Innovation Center, a riverfront flex property located along Second Avenue in South Oakland, has been leased to Environmental Charter School (ECS) under a long term lease agreement. ECS plans to use the space for a new campus supporting the continued growth of its middle and high school programs.

Congratulations to our client, Elmhurst, on the execution of this exciting 20-year lease and a new chapter for Elmhurst Innovation Center.
 

Project Info:

• Elmhurst Innovation Center is currently an approximately 80,000 SF flex property located within Pittsburgh Technology Center at 743 Technology Drive. 

• Plans call for the property to be built-out into a 90,000 SF modern riverfront campus featuring state-of-the-art classrooms, outdoor areas and other spaces customized for ECS.

• Genfor Real Estate represented Elmhurst, the property’s owner and developer, in the lease transaction, continuing a nearly 15-year advisory relationship between the two firms across multiple projects.
