RockPoint Industrial - PA SITES Grant
SunCap Property Group’s RockPoint Industrial development in Stowe Township has been awarded a Pennsylvania Strategic Investments to Enhance Sites Program (PA SITES) grant through the PA Department of Community and Economic Development. This funding will support Phase Two of SunCap’s 72-acre distribution and logistics park on the former Pressed Steel Car Company McKees Rocks Works brownfield.
