Highmark's subsidiary 'Forge' celebrated the grand opening of their new 82,500 SF warehouse and fulfillment facility located at Neville Commerce Center. Congratulations to our client, Elmhurst, on this very successful new development project.
Project Info:
-
Elmhurst and PJ Dick developed Neville Commerce Center as a speculative construction project. The 82,500 SF Class A industrial building features 30' clear height and modern column spacing. The building is centrally located with excellent highway access.
-
Highmark's subsidiary, Forge, a provider of digital, print and fulfillment solutions, leased the building roughly 6 months after it delivered and now fully occupies the building.
-
Genfor Real Estate represented the developer, Elmhurst/PJ Dick, in this lease transaction.
Impact to the local Pittsburgh Industrial Real Estate Market:
-
During a time when speculative construction is very limited in the local market, well-positioned projects like Neville Commerce Center (located and designed to fit the market’s needs) can procure tenants.
-
Forge is committed to expanding in Pittsburgh with other investments in industrial real estate and manufacturing in the region. They also partnered with the Will Allen Foundation to offer paid 12-month apprenticeships for high school graduates from the Pittsburgh area.
